Standing with Venezuela: Providing Essential Resources to Families in Need
In times of crisis, communities come together to support one another. Following the recent earthquakes that impacted families in Venezuela, many individuals and communities have been facing urgent needs for essential resources, medical supplies, and everyday necessities.
Through the generosity of our community, Our Hearts for the World has been collecting essential items to support families affected by this difficult situation. Donations have included canned goods, hygiene supplies, clothing and other resources needed to provide relief and support to those experiencing hardship.
This effort has been made possible through the power of partnership. We have been blessed to work alongside organizations and local businesses who share the same heart for serving others, including Boricuas de Corazon, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to helping communities in need, as well as Arepas Maita, a Venezuelan-owned local restaurant that has joined this effort to support families in Venezuela.
We are also grateful for the partnership of MCS Fitness and Wellness and for the individuals in our community who have opened their hearts and contributed to this mission. Through connections with our Venezuelan neighbors and others who have a personal connection to the country, we have been able to strengthen our network and help ensure these resources reach the families who need them most.
Every donation represents more than just an item—it represents compassion, hope, and a reminder that people are not forgotten during times of crisis. Through these partnerships and the generosity of our community, we are working together to help provide essential resources and bring encouragement to families across Venezuela.
